COE Message

 Dr. Chandrajeet Kumar, M.Sc. Biotechnology, Ph.D. Biotechnology has been the new Controller of Examinations since September 3rd, 2020. He has taken up the mantle of accountability as Controller of Examinations at YBNU, a man religiously driven with unflinching sincerity and dignity.
 Since establishment, YBN University, Ranchi has an exclusive examination section for conducting exams. The Controller of Examinations' office has a full proof evaluation system in place, and the whole division is digitalized.
 The Office of the Controller of Examinations ensure high standard quality evaluation of all examinations at priority level. The Office of the Controller of Examinations is responsible for the announcement of examination schedules, the preparation of question papers, the conduct of Examinations, the valuation of response scripts, and all other exam related matters.
 The Controller of Examinations Office follows a credible, relevant, reliable, and a clear assessment framework that confidently responds to the challenges of meeting the demands of a digital age.
 This office is responsible for all university theory and practical evaluations, as well as the assessment process and the timely publication of results, thus adhering to the ethics of quality, fairness, confidentiality, and performance.
 The UGC prefers the grading system to the traditional mark system. To achieve the desired uniformity in grading, YBN University follows the global trend and adopts the appropriate grading system to assess student results.
